History

A-Company was formed in the Spring on 1976, coinciding with the restructuring of the Aggie Band. While A-Company's top priority was (and still is) academics, class unity and a professional type relationship between upperclassmen and underclassmen was also stressed. Integrity, pride and loyalty to the Fightin' Texas Aggie Band are very important qualities to the outfit and remain its foundation today.
